Diesel Tuned - Terms and Conditions

The customer must ensure that the vehicle has been diligently maintained in strict accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, including all relevant cambelt changes/timing chain maintenance, and that it remains in a full and roadworthy condition.

By choosing to have their vehicle remapped, the customer acknowledges and accepts that this process is carried out entirely at their own personal risk

Diesel Tuned shall be absolved of any responsibility in the unlikely event of any failure that may occur during or after the remapping process, Furthermore it is essential to highlight that there is a low chance of ECU "failure" during the remapping process. While Diesel Tuned employs advanced and reliable techniques, genuine tools and licenced software the customer is responsible for any charges related to repairing or replacing the ECU in such a rare scenario.

Diesel Tuned shall not be held liable for any damage or injury that may be incurred while the remapping is in operation or at any time thereafter.

When tuning vehicles with the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) still in place, Diesel Tuned cannot be held responsible for any faults or issues related to the filter becoming blocked. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the vehicle is driven in a manner that allows the DPF to regenerate in accordance with the owner's manual.

In the event that any warning lights appear, the customer may need to perform a forced DPF regeneration. For guidance on this procedure, please refer to the owner's manual or follow the link provided below. If the customer is unsure about carrying out this procedure, we strongly recommend contacting a qualified professional.

By proceeding with the tuning service provided by Diesel Tuned, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety. These terms and conditions shall govern the relationship between Diesel Tuned and the customer during the tuning process.
